White Sage

White Sage has long been considered a scared, purifying and protective plant. It is often burned in a ritual know as smudging. Smudging is a cleansing ceremony used rid a person, space, or objects of negative energies, spirits, or influences. Through the smudging process, one can neutralize their aura or the energy of other spaces to cleanse and renew.
