Refund policy

First and foremost we want you to be happy with your purchase.  If for some reason you are not happy please contact us at shoppearoundthecornerca@gmail.com so we can discuss the best next steps.

We do have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a exchange.  Due to the small shop nature of our business, we do not currently offer refunds. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the nature of some items they are unavailable for exchange.  Items such as our pottery, mugs, hair care products, bath and beauty products, cut fabric and paint.  

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange item, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, we will ship your new product within 10 business days. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping charges unless the item is damaged.  Then we will discuss a solution.
