Refund and Exchanges with Shoppe Around the Corner

We want you to love what you've bought. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us at shoppearoundthecornerca@gmail.com so we can take care of you.

Due to the small shop nature of our business, we do not currently offer refunds. We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Due to the nature of some items they are unavailable for exchange. We do not offer exchanges on cut fabric, sale items, or gift cards.

Exchange Steps

Initiate an exchange request by contacting shoppearoundthecornerca@gmail.com. Your item can be shipped or brought in to our store. 

Once we receive your exchange item, we will confirm it's eligibility for exchange with you. If the exchange is approved, we will ship your new products within 10 business days. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping charges unless the item is damaged.
